Printmaking: Monotypes
A suite of Monotypes created in 2013 at Pyramid Atlantic, this body of work is an extension of the "energy" seen in the Spirit Tree series, incorporating natural fibers like bark and raffia that have created an embossing on the papers. The combination of natural elements with this very painterly process directly relates to the idea of energy being found in all living things.
